The Visa Executive will be responsible for processing visa applications, verifying documents, and coordinating with embassies, consulates, and travel partners. The role also involves managing client records, handling inquiries via phone and email, and staying updated on changing visa regulations. Interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are essential to ensure excellent client service.
Candidates with prior experience in visa processing or the travel industry are preferred, but freshers with a strong grasp of the process are also welcome. Basic computer proficiency, time management, and a proactive approach are key to excelling in this role.
