Tyre Complaint Inspector

Responsibilities: Investigating complaints: Receive and review customer complaints regarding tyre performance, damage, or defects.& Visual inspection: Conduct detailed visual inspections of the tyres, examining tread wear, sidewall damage, cuts, punctures, and other potential issues.& Dimensional checks: Use measuring tools to verify tyre dimensions and specifications against manufacturer standards.& Cause analysis: Analyze the tyre condition and complaint details to determine the likely cause of the issue, such as manufacturing defects, improper usage, or road hazards.& Data collection: Document all findings, including detailed descriptions of the tyre condition, photographs, and relevant customer information.& Technical analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to analyze tyre construction and materials to identify potential manufacturing flaws.& Customer interaction: Communicate with customers regarding their complaints, providing updates on the investigation process and explaining findings.& Quality reporting: Prepare reports detailing complaint trends, root causes, and recommendations for corrective actions to improve quality control.& Compliance checks: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations related to tyre quality and safety.&
