Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist to efficiently manage our front desk operations and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks professionally.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room bookings. Handle incoming and outgoing emails, couriers, and postal mail. Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling visitor access. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office management is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-service-oriented attitude.
