Job Description
As a Company Secretary intern, you will have the opportunity& to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting the company 's administrative and legal functions.

Requirements:
This internship is applicable for the professional students those who are continuing in final year.

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory registers and records.
Support the preparation of board meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance and statutory obligations.
Assist in the filing of statutory returns and forms with regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with various departments for the preparation of reports and documentation.
Research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the Company Secretary.
