Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Lead& to drive end-to-end recruitment for EPC, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors. The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while managing hiring pipelines efficiently. The ideal candidate must have strong stakeholder management skills, experience with ATS tools and job portals, and the ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruiting for EPC, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, and Infrastructure roles.
• Utilizing job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs, headhunting, and internal databases.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews in coordination with hiring managers and department heads.
• Handling salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding formalities.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Managing hiring reports, ATS tracking, and recruitment analytics.
• Handling both volume hiring and specialized niche recruitment for technical roles.

• Education: Any Graduate (Specialization in HR is a plus).
