This role involves market mapping, agent identification, property verification, and achieving revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with clients, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and develop new markets to expand business opportunities.
• Conduct market mapping and strategize engagement plans to penetrate untapped areas.
• Source and verify properties, ensuring compliance with company standards and client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual growth targets.
• Drive revenue generation through strategic client acquisition and business development.
• Set and achieve new account targets, ensuring a robust and scalable business pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor 's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective business strategies.
• A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
