Job position -Front Office executive; Profile - Female with English medium background and good spoken English skills, Fresh Graduates are welcome :
Job responsibilities- Communication with officers and their families joining ships .
Greeting visitors: Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and answer their questions
Managing schedules: Maintain calendars for appointments and set appointments
Answering phone calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly manner
Sorting mail: Sort and distribute mail
Making copies: Make copies
Planning travel arrangements: Plan travel arrangements
Maintaining reception area: Keep the reception area and common areas clean and tidy
Providing information: Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Coordinating with other departments: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
Skills
