Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:- Driving sales initiative to achieve business goals & managing frontline sales team and be accountable for increasing sales growth.- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.- Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to expand the network.- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and execution.- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.- Intermediates negotiate processes, consult clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing sales team.
-Foster a collaborative and results - oriented team culture.
-Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.Requirements:- 6 years of experience required in the Real Estate Sales.- Previous work experience should be in Gurgaon location will be preferable.- Having own Sales team is advantage. (ref:updazz.com)
