Hiring for Category Manager for Manufacturing Industry Location- Mumbai Exp- 5 Plus years Category - (Aluminum / Zinc )Key Accountabilities & Support Actions Business Strategy- Develop a comprehensive business model for the assigned category, identifying and capturing key market opportunities, while ensuring optimal P&L performance.- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of trends, prioritize opportunities, and ensure alignment with internal capabilities.- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and preferences to inform strategic decision-making.- Analyse the competitive landscape, both online and offline, and formulate effective response strategies.- Map the entire vendor & B2B value chain, identifying opportunities for optimization and profitability.- Collaborate with leadership across functions to translate strategies into actionable plans and drive necessary changes.
