Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
  • Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained.
  • Clean desks, chairs, windows, and office equipment.
  • Maintain pantry and ensure availability of tea, coffee, and drinking water.
  • Dispose of trash and keep office areas tidy.
2. Office Support & Errands
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Deliver and collect documents within the office or to external locations.
  • Handle basic office supplies and restock when necessary.
3. Guest & Staff Assistance
  • Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the right person.
  • Arrange and prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Support staff with minor tasks like moving files or organizing workspaces.
4. Other Duties
  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
  • Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Basic communication skills in [preferred language].
  • Honest, hardworking, and well-mannered.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
