This position is ideal for a candidate with a passion for design, strong networking skills, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities within the interior design industry.
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including residential and commercial projects, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals and expand the company s portfolio.
• Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Brand Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the company s services, attend networking events, and represent the company in industry forums.
• Collaboration with Design Teams: Work with design teams to ensure that client expectations and requirements are fully understood and integrated into project proposals.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
• Customer Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [2-3] years in business development, sales, or related roles in the interior design, architecture, or furniture industry.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent networking abilities to build relationships with industry contacts.
