Square Yards - Area Sales Head (4-10 Yrs) Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/Gurugram (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

This role is for a Real Estate company, to work from their office in Delhi NCR.Job Profile :Looking for Area Sales Head, who will be responsible for leading a sales team within the assigned area. A well versed candidates who has an experience in tracking the daily performance of his Sales personnel. Along with performance tracking, a major focus should also be on generating 2X revenue through team members as result of holding an accountability of the P&L of that vertical.Responsibilities :- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.- Report on sales activities to senior management- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market- Compiling and analyzing sales reports- Collecting customer feedback and doing market research- Keeping up to date with products and competitorsOther details :- Location : Gurgaon- Work from Office (6 days)- Fixed Weekly Off on Mondays (Saturdays and Sundays are working)- Timings : 10 am to 7 pmA Successful Candidate Must Have- Age Criteria- 25 to 40 years- A Bachelors degree with minimum 6 years sales experience or an MBA degree or any such equivalent degree with minimum 4 years sales experience- Experience in managing sales teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsP.S.: Candidates from non sales background/with less than 7 years sales experience/unwilling to work from office in Gurgaon/unable to work on Saturdays & Sundays kindly do not apply.
