Job Description
Designation: Key Account ManagerLocation: MumbaiDivision: Nephrology/Gastro/Oncology/Diabeto Job Responsibilities: - To act as the bridge between the company and its key clients, understanding their unique needs, anticipating challenges, and providing personalized solutions.
-Revolve around client service, revenue growth, strategic planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-Promote and sell the company s medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
-Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets assigned to your key accounts.
-Effectively communicating the client s needs, challenges, and feedback to relevant teams, advocate for improvements and tailor solutions that enhance the client experience.
-Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts.
-Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
-Lead generation and following up on leads generated.
-Researching competitor s medications and their respective market performances.
-Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company s business strategies.
-Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company. Requirements : - Bachelor s degree in pharmacy preferably or any other field.
-Proven medical sales experience.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Effective communication skills.
-Exceptional customer service skills.
