What role you will play in our team
The MA and TO Supervisor will lead a team that provides end:to:end support for numerous cloud:based applications while also designing, building and sustaining cloud:based tools for Financial Services Functions.

What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
:Supervise and mentor a team of advisors specializing in modern accounting and technology.
:Lead and oversee the implementation and integration of advanced accounting technologies and systems.
:Collaborate with Process contacts to ensure cohesive financial operations.
:Drive continuous improvement and innovation within global processes.
:Stay abreast of emerging accounting technologies and trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the organization 's capabilities.
:Monitor and report on the performance of accounting technologies and processes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
:Advise management on risks associated with the implementation and use of accounting technologies.
About You
Skills and Qualification:
Education: Bachelor 's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; possibly with additional, relevant certification
Experience: 5 years of experience in accounting and technology integration
Skills:
:Understanding of the Oil and Gas industry is a plus
:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
:Proficiency in SAP and other technology solutions, including demonstrated experience with BlackLine and possibly SAP Group Reporting or Workiva
:Effective communication and interpersonal skills
:Ability to collaborate within cross:functional teams, in a large multi:national company
