Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and build long-term partnerships.- Address client needs, challenges, and escalations promptly.- Sales and Revenue Growth- Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.- Strategic Account Planning- Develop and execute account plans tailored to client business goals.- Conduct regular performance reviews for accounts to track progress and identify growth opportunities.- Collaboration and Team Coordination- Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, support) to deliver exceptional service to clients.- Provide mentorship to junior account executives as needed.- Performance Tracking and Reporting- Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth KPIs.- Prepare detailed reports for management on account performance.- Market and Competitor Analysis- Stay informed about industry trends to provide value-driven insights to clients.- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution- Handle client escalations and conflicts effectively.- Budget and Resource Management- Ensure alignment with budgets and manage resources efficiently for all client activities.Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for account performance tracking.- Proven ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and meet deadlines.
