Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to lead our Telesales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of telemarketing agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 10 telemarketing agents across 5 locations to achieve sales targets and performance goals.- Implement effective sales strategies to drive more orders.- Respond to and handle customer emails.- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance and skills.- Prepare visit plans for sales personnel to visit on-field locations.- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.- Collaborate with service departments to resolve issues.- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and team performance.Requirements:- 4 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales, with a proven track record of sales success- 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a telemarketing or telesales environment- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights- Strong customer service (ref:updazz.com)
