Desired/Key Skills:- 15 - 20 years experience in Real Estate industry handling high volumes and larger teams & Team Managers- Atleast 5 year s experience in Real Estate of which - minimum 3 years experience in Hyderabad real estate market - Must be a go-getter and has a track record of managing large teams and large volume sales- Must have been with a real estate organisation which has large volume of product (over 2,000 to 4,000 homes for sale at a point)- Candidates must be A Hands on Leader Who is Highly Analytical and Detail Oriented - Qualification preferred: Engineering degree with an MBA- Place of work: Hyderabad Roles & Responsibilities:1. Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team 2. Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques/schemes 3. Aggressively driving Sales, Lead generation, BTL Activities, Forecasting and Sales & Customer Service Management 6. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales. 7. Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc. 8. Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties. 9.
