Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products/services directly to customers in the field. As a key member of our sales team, you will work independently while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Outreach: Identify and target new clients by researching potential prospects and establishing rapport with key decision-makers.
• Customer Engagement: Visit clients and prospects on-site, present products/services, conduct demonstrations, and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring profitability for the company.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new sales and upselling.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on progress, pipeline, and customer feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of sales plans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
• Comfortable with travel and working in different locations.
• Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor 's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
