Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills o& & Proven working experience as a business development manager, senior sales executive or a relevant role with evident track record and result oriented approach o& & Have a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes, Presales, Sales, Closure Sales, Selling techniques etc. o& & Ability to build rapport, ace time management and planning skills. o& & Candidates in constant liaison and engagements with large IT companies and corporates would be preferred. o& & Develop sales growth strategies, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction o& & Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs o& & Arrange and handle business meetings with prospective clients o& & Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives o& & Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers o& & Should have prior experience in handling a team.
