Branch Sales Executive

Hiring for our client: The& State Bank of India (SBI) & is the largest and one of the oldest public-sector banks in India. Established in 1806 as the& Bank of Calcutta , it became the State Bank of India in 1955 after the merger of the Imperial Bank of India with the Reserve Bank of India. SBI is a government-owned entity with a majority stake held by the Indian government, playing a pivotal role in the country s banking sector.& Responsibilities: Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales plans. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a branch or retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a strong commitment to satisfaction. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
