Job Responsibilities:
Oversee hospital operations, patient services, and resource management.
Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards and government health schemes.
Supervise staff recruitment, training, and scheduling.
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and hospital billing.
Enhance patient experience and grievance resolution.
Coordinate with medical teams, government agencies, and insurance bodies.
Qualifications & Experience:
MHA/MBA in Healthcare or PG Diploma in Hospital Administration.
5 years experience in hospital management.
Expertise in healthcare operations, finance, and compliance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
