Job Description
Roles and responsibilities :- Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.- Build business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate usage and retention.- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.- Answer potential client questions, follow up calls, and respond to requests for proposals.- Make outbound calls to new and potential clients.- Convert free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades to improve customer lifetime value.- Generate referrals and positive reviews from clients to create Word of Mouth impact.- Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversions/upgrades.- Maintain a pipeline of all leads using CRM software.- Demonstrate the product to potential customers to assess product-market fit and reduce churn.- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Skills & Experience :- 0-2 years of experience in US/UK/Canada customer-facing sales/onboarding roles.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication.- Product demonstration skills are an advantage.- Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.- Understanding of SAAS & Subscription Economy.- Learning & growth mindset.- Comfortable with proactive outreach and handling objections.- Problem-solving skills and aptitude to improvise, adapt and overcome.- Articulate with business acumen.- Metrics, detail-oriented, and strong time-management skills.- Predominantly night shift working hours.
