Field Officer - Sourcing

The Field Officer will be responsible for sourcing Hindi-speaking laborers at the railway station. His working hours will be from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The primary task is to source 5 Hindi-speaking laborers per day. This will be the officer 's sole responsibility during the designated hours. Candidate Screening: Conducting initial interviews, checking necessary documentation (ID, work permits, etc.), and assessing skills and experience to match job requirements.& Labor Pool Management: Building and maintaining a network of potential workers in the local area, ensuring a consistent pool of available candidates.& Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring adherence to local labor laws, including minimum wage, working hours, safety regulations, and employment contracts.& Data Collection and Reporting: Tracking recruitment activities, recording candidate details, and generating regular reports on labor sourcing progress.&
