Job description :Experience : 1 - 6 yrs of experience in the wealth segment and a detailed knowledge about selling of Mutual Funds & PMS (Portfolio Management Services) & AIF (Alternate Investment Funds) Location : Hyderabad, BangaloreWorking Days : Any 6 days Working as per the RequirementAbout the role :We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join the inbound business team at Client Organisation. In this capacity, you will engage with discerning inbound clients possessing a net worth of 50 lakhs and above. Your primary responsibilities will encompass facilitating a comprehensive understanding of Organisation s Portfolio Management Service and Mutual Fund investment strategies, ultimately guiding clients in their investment endeavorsWhat you will work on :- You get pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients where you will have to review client s portfolio holdings and give your expert suggestions on if their holdings is aligned with the market (portfolio size of - 50L & above)- Interact and convert these high-intent inbound clients into investing in our portfolio products- Apply strong analytical skills in order to help clients by various data points- Have good knowledge of the overall markets and use those points in your conversations with clients- Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, actively initiate communication with the customer to confirm a thorough comprehension of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.- Showcase Organisation s portfolio management approach of fund selection, investment strategies, risk management and guide them on future investments.- Help clients in their onboarding process by coordinating with multiple stakeholders like the operations team, product team and tech team.- Guide clients thoroughly on their Tax liabilities when exiting or entering into funds- Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more into different products which we offerWhat we expect :- Minimum 1 years of sales experience in financial services like retail banks, investing fintechs, AMCs etc- Excellent communication skills- Deep knowledge of either mutual funds or stocks or PMS- Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms- High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)Education & Certifications :- Any Graduate OR Post Graduate- NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (within 1 month of joining)- No Lead Generation- Client would connected digitally hence no bounds on the geography- The skill required is Mutual Funds and PMS Knowledge primarily- No capping on Incentives - High performers get accelerated promotionsTo succeed in this role : - Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to your role- Dedication to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment- Openness to change, embrace challenges, and continuously seek opportunities for growth and development- Fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to solve problemsFolks you will work with :The people you work with are crucial to your experience and success at work.
