Company - Modular Furniture Manufacturing companyRoles and Responsibilities :Sales Strategy and Planning :- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.Team Leadership :- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.- Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team members to enhance their skills and maximize their potential.Ownership of Sales Targets :- Take full ownership of overall sales numbers, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales quotas.
