Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development to join our team in the HR domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of HR services and solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities :Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities :- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the HR domain.- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Understand client needs and provide tailored HR solutions to meet their requirements.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Sales and Revenue Growth :- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.- Prepare and present proposals and contracts to prospective clients.- Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.Collaboration and Coordination :- Work closely with the HR and service delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company s HR solutions.
