Job Description
Magicbricks is seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader for our Site Visit Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the smooth operation of site visits for prospective property buyers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership from industries such as edtech, real estate, BPO, hospitality, or car resale, with excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of site visit coordinators to achieve department goals and objectives.- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the site visit department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and achieve their full potential.- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the site visit process.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, customer feedback, and site visit metrics.- Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures for the department.- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to continually improve department operations.Eligibility/Requirements :- Education: Bachelor s degree, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.- Experience : Minimum of 4 years in a team leading role in industries such as edtech, real estate, BPO, hospitality, or car resale. (Sales is Mandatory but Real estate is not mandatory)- Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and Kannada.Skills :- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.- Working Hours: Comfortable with working 6 days a week with rotational week offs.Compensation : Monthly CTC : 60,000/-What We Offer :- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- A dynamic and supportive work environment.- Employee benefits and perks.
