Job Description
Business Development :- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships to expand the company s reach.- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organization.- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Sales Management :- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Client Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, positioning the company as a valuable partner.Strategic Planning :- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the development and refinement of the overall business strategy.- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.Revenue Generation :- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling to existing clients, and acquiring new customers.- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines to ensure financial targets are met.Team Leadership :- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
