Telecaller (1-2 Yrs) Hyderabad (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Tele callers with proficiency in Telugu and English for our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and meeting daily and monthly call targets.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Telugu and English, addressing customer queries and concerns.- Provide information about products and services in a clear and concise manner.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.- Meet daily and monthly call targets.- Follow up on potential leads and convert them into sales (if applicable).- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.- Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with customers.Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related role.- Fluency in both Telugu and English (speaking, reading, and writing).- Prior experience in outbound calling is an add-on.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.- Basic computer knowledge and experience with call tracking software is a plus.- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
