Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) : Understanding of customer journeys, engagement strategies, and retention techniques.Growth Marketing : Knowledge of growth strategies, performance marketing, and metrics-driven decision-making.Data Analysis : Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive growth initiatives.CRM Tools : Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer interactions and data.Digital Marketing : Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve common goals.Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments typical in the media industry.Job Description :We are seeking a motivated CLM & Growth Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer lifecycle management and growth strategies, with a focus on driving customer engagement and retention in the media industry.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for growth.- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer growth and retention.
-Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track interactions effectively.- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and industry trends.- Assist in the development of marketing materials and content to support growth initiatives.
