Job Purpose :We are looking for an experienced Non-Playing Captain to lead our Franchisee Private Client Group (PCG) desk. The role involves managing and growing the broking business, building strong relationships with franchisees across India and overseeing large clients.Key Deliverables :1. Lead and mentor a team of Advisors, ensuring the team meets business goals, revenue targets and operational excellence.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring alignment with company goals and guiding them in effectively selling and managing third-party products to meet client needs.3.
