Manager - Inside Sales - IT (8-12 Yrs) Chennai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Job Description :- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain offering value- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience- Mapping and mining clients organisation- Keeping accurate records pertaining to projects and account notes- Maintaining updated knowledge of services and solutions- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
