Providing the quotation for the customer requirements.
Getting the feedback for submitted quotation from the customer.
Negotiation if price seems high by getting the target price from the customer.
After quotation submission following for the purchase order.
Once purchase order received , providing the Pro-forma invoice against purchase order.
Getting the payment from the customer against pro-forma invoice & processing the order.
Once payment received providing the tentative date of the dispatch for the ordered parts.
