Job Description
Should know English and basic math for calculation.&
Receiving calls for the clinic, taking appointments.&
Sale of frames.&
Timings are Mon to Sat 10:30am-1:30pm and 4:30pm-7pm. Sundays are off.
Need from mid Feb

Roles and Responsibilities:
Patient interaction:
Welcoming patients and checking them in for appointments.&
Verifying patient demographics and insurance information.&
Answering patient questions about procedures, billing, and appointment scheduling.&
Collecting necessary patient information including medical history and current medications.&
Appointment management:
Scheduling appointments for eye exams, consultations, and follow-ups.&
Managing appointment cancellations and rescheduling.&
Sending appointment reminders via phone or text.&
Administrative tasks:
Answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately.&
Managing patient records and updating medical information.&
Processing insurance claims and verifying benefits&
Maintaining patient flow and ensuring timely appointments&
Handling billing inquiries and collecting payments&
Optical support:
Assisting patients with selecting eyeglass frames and contact lenses&
Maintaining inventory of optical supplies&
Explaining proper contact lens care and fitting instructions&
