About the department
People Operations GBS is part of Global People and Organization (GP and O), responsible for global functions like Employee Data Management, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, GxP training, Master Data Management, Reporting, and Analytics. People Operations GBS plays a key role in driving a Global P and O strategy. The department is known for its collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, with team members working closely together to achieve common goals. The position
As an Associate Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Drive Data Foundation, Data Governance, and People Analytics projects around process optimisation and standardisation to improve operational efficiency and delivery excellence. Lead and manage resources driving projects on data governance, data quality, and analytics. Partner with Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and strive for Operational Excellence within the unit. Collaborate with Global Stakeholders on global projects of People Analytics, Reporting, and data foundation. Manage end:to:end projects, ensuring they are within budgets, timelines, and of high quality.

Support the implementation of relevant management tools and business improvement initiatives.

Identifying opportunities for standardisation and working with cross:functional teams to drive automation and advanced analytics.

Understanding requirements, identifying gaps for improvement, ideating improvement initiatives, and driving end:to:end execution.
:
Providing guidance to Operations teams over internal processes to monitor, report, and plan process improvements.

Taking complete ownership of end:to:end project management, including creating project plans, governance models, and conducting cost:benefit analyses.

Managing all project:related interactions, including Business Review Meetings (BRMs), status updates, project reports, and other global meetings.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:

8 to 10 years of industry experience.
:
HR data/process understanding is a mandatory requirement.
:
Extensive experience in driving project management, agile methodology, LEAN, and process improvement projects.
:
Experience managing global stakeholders.
:
Knowledge of program management tools and techniques.
