Job opening for a Client Servicing role in a leading NBFC at Mumbai.Job Role: Client ServicingJob Location: MumbaiWorking Days: 5 DaysWork Mode: Work From OfficePreferred Industry: NBFC / Financial ServicesJob Roles & Responsibilities:- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions.- The incumbent will work with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding process for new customers.- Recognize the regulations pertaining to foreign investments.- Assume responsibility for answering client questions and providing prompt, effective solutions.- Monitoring NAV before it is made available to clients. Assist the Fund accounting staff in coordinating the NAV release in accordance with the established TAT.- Coordinating the fee computations with the Account & Finance staff. Release the weekly/monthly fee calculations to the clients after double-checking the fee computations using the NAV pack. Respond to inquiries from the client if clarification is needed.- Working together with the operations team to guarantee that client requests, like subscriptions and redemptions, are handled quickly and efficiently.- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Product, Sales, and Operations to provide a smooth customer experience.- Coordinating for a seamless onboarding process with the distributor/referral agent and administrator.- Monitoring any client requests for fund transfers. coordinating the same with the Custodian and PCM.- Get accurate and timely feedback from the customers. Engage with them and make sure that every legitimate client problem is addressed right away.- Report unanswered questions or problems to the relevant staff.Requirements- Education: MBA/Bachelor s degree in Finance or a related field- Experience: Minimum 4 - 5 years in Client Service preferably in the financial services industry.
