Senior Executive - Graphic Designer (3-4 Yrs) Mumbai (Content/Design)

Job Purpose :The incumbent will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for a variety of projects, including videos, animations, presentations, and more. The individual will collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.Key Deliverables :1) Assist in creating and designing a diverse range of print and digital materials, such as social media graphics, posters, flyers, banners, and email templates. 2) Contribute fresh and innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions for campaigns.3) Support the production of marketing collaterals, including gifs, standees, brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and other promotional materials. 4) Learn and develop skills in design, animation concepts, and video creation. 5) Use design and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, to execute creative ideas effectively 6) Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to design and video guidelines. Role Requirements :1) Bachelor s degree or equivalent certifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or related fields. 2) 3-4 years experience in graphic design. (internships or personal projects are a plus). 3) Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and video editing concepts. 4) Familiarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Affer Effects, and video editing software like Premiere Pro.5) A passion for creativity and a desire to learn and grow as a designer and video creator. 6) Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 7) Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
