Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :- Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in products, understand their needs, and convert them into active customers.- Proactively follow up with leads and customers to ensure a smooth sales process and address any queries or concerns they may have.- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.- Stay updated with product offerings, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM software.- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
