Handling Calls :- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues as needed.2. Solving Queries :- Assist customers with their questions or problems related to products or services.- Use problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide appropriate solutions.3.
