-Upsell/Cross-sell - Approach existing customers and explore the possibility of offering add-ons or alternative subscriptions to boost sales - Renewals - Calling Customers before the end of their tenure to understand their journey and ensure maximum retention.
-Follow calling scripts and probe to understand and target the needs and interests of customers - Maintain call logs, MIS and reporting details regarding calls.Service : - Addressing the customer queries with timely responses, and collecting reviews and ratings for the service.
