Kristal.AI - Relationship Manager - Sales (1-2 Yrs) Bangalore (BFSI Sales)

Responsibilities :- Primarily responsible for servicing existing client relationships as well as onboarding new clients.- Scheduling calls, conducting portfolio reviews, product investment details to ensure clients are satisfied with their portfolio performance.- Over time, you will also be expected to grow and manage client portfolios - You will have client NPS score targets and other KPIs set by the Team Head.- You will need to collaborate with key personnel in other teams for effective servicing of clients.- This role comes with an opportunity to travel to our other office locations like Singapore and UAE.
-Relocation to these locations are also possible, which is subjective to the performance of the candidate.Requirements :- 1 - 2 yrs of experience in Wealth Management or Financial services in a relevant role.- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.- Digital first thinking/ability to adapt to new technologies.
