Job Description
Positions & Duties :- Create and implement sales plans with an emphasis on closing channel sales agreements in order to reach revenue goals in a fast-paced B2B setting.- Manage, coach, and lead the sales force to guarantee alignment with business goals and sales targets.- Use outbound cold calls and internal lead follow-up to find new sales prospects.- Encourage recurring high-value transactions while concentrating on surpassing sales targets.- Develop and preserve solid client relationships, enabling purchasers at every stage of the sales process.- Conduct user segmentation, study competing environments, and have a thorough grasp of the market.- Develop sales narratives, hone priorities, and facilitate clear team communication by utilizing data and insights.- Collaborate with the group to create a pipeline and close sales in a short amount of time.Candidates Requirements :- Graduation is mandatory- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA Incentives Other BenefitsContact Details :Shrutam P | HR TeamPhone : 91 7021418037 (ref:updazz.com)
