The primary responsibility of the RM/Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business- Partial Leads 50% will given by company (Head office)- Appointments are fixed by company itself - Meeting customer directly and trying to close the business- Maintain long term relationship with customers.
