This role involves reaching out to leads, understanding client needs, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Lead Engagement : Reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and introduce our BPO services.Client Meetings : Conduct virtual meetings to understand client requirements and propose tailored BPO solutions.Sales & Negotiation : Close deals and consistently meet sales targets.CRM Management : Track sales activities and document client interactions in the CRM system.Reporting : Provide regular reports on lead generation, meetings, proposals, and conversions.Client Relationships : Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, explore upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.Onboarding & Support : Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support.Qualifications : - 1 years of experience in business development.- B2B sales experience or experience working in a service-based company.- Fluent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong negotiation abilities and client management expertise.- Market research and analysis capabilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?- Join a growing, dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
