We Are Looking for Someone:- Who is passionate about building relationships and thrives in a sales and marketing role.- Who has excellent communication skills and speaks fluent English (bonus points if they re fluent in local languages too!).- Who has experience pitching concepts and onboarding partners or clients.- Who is organized, proactive, and able to handle basic training sessions for new partners.- Who is familiar with the local restaurant and cafe ecosystem in HSR Layout.- Brownie points: Experience working with consumer tech companies like Zomato, Swiggy, or similar platforms.What You ll Be Doing:- Pitch the concept of Fozo to restaurants and cafes in HSR Layout, explaining how it helps them monetize surplus food and reduce waste.- Build relationships with restaurant owners and managers, addressing their concerns and ensuring smooth onboarding.- Guide new partners through the registration process on the Fozo platform.- Provide hands-on training to partners, showing them how to list Mystery Bags, manage orders, and track their earnings.- Collect feedback from partners to improve the onboarding experience and share insights with the core team.- Represent Fozo as the friendly, approachable point of contact for all partner-related queries during the onboarding phase.Experience We re Looking For:- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or onboarding roles.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with partners quickly.- Previous experience in consumer tech, food delivery, or related industries is a plus.- Comfort with basic tech tools to demonstrate the Fozo app to partners.
