What would your day look like:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell lending products.- Explain the features and benefits of our lending solutions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.- Assess customer needs and financial situations to recommend suitable lending products. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements related to lending.What are we looking at:- Proven experience in tele-sales, with a focus on lending products.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of lending products, financial services, and industry regulations is a plus.
