- He/she should have experience in BMS & IBMS project sales in the industry.- Strong in technical & a team player.- Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market,- Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private), willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems.- Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales- Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare- Ready to Travel- Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis- Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure- Good experience in the Assigned Market Products:- BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc) Qualifications:- Experience: 5 Years- Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business.- Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products- Bachelor s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline- Region Handling - Telangana.
