What RKWorld Infocom Can Offer You:Make Impact: Be part of our aggressively growing Ecommerce team and make a valuable contribution while being a part of one of the most promising retail businesses in the countryWorking with a dynamic and youthful set of people, to build workplace policies that are at the forefront of innovation.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sales targets for overall brand and individual hero products / categories- Plan & Execute JBP (Joint Business Plan) with key brands for driving profitable sales growth.- Build relationships with brands and marketplace partners at multiple levels- Analyzing consumer behavior and preferences and enabling hassle-free consumer shopping experience- Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use- Monitoring, managing and owning Business operations and website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc. and ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly, different payment options at checkout- Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and stock requirements- Closely coordinating with category team for planning all kinds of promotional campaignsRequired Competencies:You thrive on collaboration & enjoy working with a team to continuously improve processesSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesEfficient at prioritizing tasks and staying organizedStrong analytical & communication skillsMinimum 3 years experience of managing a team size minimum 7-8 people Work experience with E-commerce, Quick commerce or early stage startups will be plus (ref:updazz.com)
