Field Sales Role (0-1 Yrs) Chennai (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential customers and generate leads through on-ground field visits, cold calling, and networking.- Promote and present the company s products or services to prospective clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations.- Assist in closing sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.- Collect feedback and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.Requirements:- Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s)].- Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with clients face-to-face.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and tools.- Ability to understand client challenges and propose appropriate solutions.- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.- Availability to travel locally for field visits.- A valid driver s license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.- Basic proficiency in using MS Office tools- Freshers or candidates with prior internship experience in sales are welcome.
