Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Devise and implement Sales and Marketing Plans to sell the company s solutions to current and potential clients.- New Business Development and driving revenue targets from new clients across India and MENA region- Nurture and drive revenues from key existing accounts- Create new business channels across India and MENA- Build and promote the company brand- Identify and resolve client queries and concerns- Taking new consulting solutions to marketCritical Functional and Behavioral Skills:- Ability to understand different HR Solutions, their key differentiators and to present them to prospective clients- A strong sense of initiative, ownership and motivation for new business development- Great presentation, influencing and communication skills- Ability to start and nurture customers engagement and build great customer relationships- Growth mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving- High level of energy and drive for constant customer connect and internal stakeholder engagement- Ability to drive sales funnels from prospecting to close and delivery to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
